Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect account identity supplied by your sign-in provider, subscription and entitlement records, strategies, decisions, performance, jurisdiction attestations, service logs, and support messages. If you connect a venue, we store an encrypted credential envelope, a masked identifier, balance, and order/position records.

How we use it

We use data to authenticate you, provide and secure the service, enforce risk and plan limits, send your directed venue requests, reconcile results, process subscriptions, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or venue credentials.

Credential security

Venue secrets are encrypted before database storage and are not returned by account APIs. They must be decrypted by the application to sign venue requests, so use dedicated least-privilege keys and a separately funded subaccount or wallet. Disconnecting a venue erases the stored credential envelope and disables the connection.

Service providers and transfers

We share only what is needed with infrastructure, authentication, payment, model, monitoring, data, and connected-venue providers. Those providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention and choices

We retain account and trading records while your account is active and as needed for security, disputes, tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You may disconnect venue credentials from the account page and request access, correction, export, or deletion by email. Some transaction and billing records may need to be retained.
